Scalian

I started as a PMO in March 2024 for Airbus through the consulting firm Scalian. My first assignment, from March to December 2024, involved coordinating a department within a supply chain transformation project with a significant communication component. From January 2025, without any bench time between contracts, I took on two part-time roles that occupy 100% of my schedule. The first is a pure PMO role, coordinating stakeholders in the deconstruction/reconstruction of a paint facility. The second is more digitally focused, involving the automation of performance spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and guiding teams through their transition to a new methodology. My journey at Airbus extends beyond these three main assignments. Numerous additional digital-oriented tasks and a last-minute project rescue have further enriched my full-time experience.

STRATIS

As a digital project manager at Stratis, I was responsible, in partnership with a digital project director, for managing web projects for local authorities throughout all phases of a website creation project: Conducting pre-launch and launch meetings, creating wireframes for clients, coordinating the graphic team, initiating developments and monitoring testing with WordPress client training.

University of Toulon

During my internship at the University of Toulon, I was project manager for an educational application project promoting hybrid training called "E-DEAL". I was the intermediary, supporting my tutor between a development company based in Grand-Est "Allucyne" and the University of Toulon to bring my technical and student expertise to this application.
